The Inpakuto-ryu school of martial arts has many programs available to those who are looking to learn the arts or to get in shape. Each student schedules their lesson with the instructor, with a max of three per class, for an hour of instructional time.
All classes are $20 an hour. Your initial two hour consultation however, is free. Contact a sensei for more information regarding these classes.

Hiryuu-Do Traditional Arts
The Hiryuu-Do method of instruction uses the old principles of martial arts; including proper stances, two part blocking procedures, various hand strikes, and multiple types of kicks. These practices and methods make it what is called a “traditional” martial arts system.
However, while very fancy techniques, punches, spinning aerial kicks, and memorizing and perfecting flawless technique are a portion of this, this program also teaches the modern and scientific adjustments to all movements; making this a contemporary style that is taught as a traditional style.

Inpakuto-Ryu Mixed Martial Arts
If you are like most individuals, you have an idea what the mixed martial arts sport is. Simply watch something like UFC, Elite XC, Affliction, or Pride Fighting. After watching this, you may think that studying this type of sport is crazy, but rest assured that it is not.
While it looks like a dangerous sport, it’s actually very safe as long as it is being taught by a qualified instructor and proper procedures are being followed. Since it is a contact sport, there is always the risk of injury, but fighters actually have less of a chance of getting permanently injured since they are conditioned to take more physical abuse than any other athlete.
So, what is it that is done in this class? It’s a combination of Jujitsu, Brazilian Jujitsu, Judo, Karate, Boxing, and a smattering of other arts and fighting systems. The combination of these systems creates an effective mixed martial arts system.
Classes are broken down by spending the first portion of class doing a brief, but intense cardio muscular warm up. After the completion of the warm up, we get into grappling, followed by striking, after which we get into the true combination of the ground work and the striking. After practice, the last twenty to thirty minutes of the class are “live training”, where people get to go three to five minute rounds against another student in a controlled environment to practice the skills they have learned in a more realistic setting.

Personal Protection 101: Self Defense
Personal Protection is a class that is not a sport driven, art style, or competition system of martial arts. It is the simplest movements available that will quickly tear down an opponent long enough for you to escape.
So, what is taught here? Defense against hand to hand attacks, of course. There are also defenses for knife attacks, gun attacks, club, hand axes… Simple moves that can be applied to any real world scenario! The defenses taught here are a combination of simple techniques, boxing, and military hand to hand training. The simplicity of this system makes it so that anyone can learn how to adequately protect themselves. After the first lesson, you begin to build the muscle memory necessary to protect yourself, control your “fight or flight” response, and be much more aware about what is going on around you at all times.
This is a twelve week course that is designed to give you the edge in street survival!

Kickin' Cardio Kickboxing
The Kickin’ Cardio program looks similar to any other cardio boxing or kickboxing program, at least at first glance. You jump, move, punch, kick, and learn balance and coordination through a series of rapid fire movements, not truly caring about the technical side. Where this is different is in the instructors. The instructors will work with you, and make changes as needed to keep the class from stagnating, and so that it adapts to you.

Exercise. It’s a revolutionary work out process that involves the rigorous training of martial arts punches and kicks, coupled with some of the best bodyweight exercises of all time. Just for some extra size and definition, we will throw in a few more intense bodybuilding exercises. Let’s top it all off with some stretching, yoga, and cardio training. We are going to burn some serious fat and build some serious muscle. The best part is that this isn’t just bulky, showy, counterfeit muscle! This is muscle that will manage your bodyweight, increase your speed as well as your size, and help you to control any opponent who you face!
Don’t get me wrong, this program isn’t just for martial artists and fighters.
ANY ONE can benefit from this type of training! What exactly is going to be done in this course? Let’s look:
• Punches and kicks
• Plyometrics
• Isometrics
• Repetition of bodyweight exercise for functional power
• Repetition of advanced exercises for size and raw strength
• Yoga poses, along with dynamic stretching exercises
• Deep breathing and re-energizing body movements
• Abdominal training (most of them without lying down!)
• Plus MORE exercises and Stretches, too many to list here
The routine is done based off of the routines most pro athletes use, 3 hard weeks and 1 recovery week. You will still be training on weeks 4, 8, and 12, but you will be working much lighter and in a different way. The constant motion, the muscular confusion, and entire body involvement will have you sweating like crazy, breathing like a pack mule, and wishing it would all just end…
But, then the end of the 12 weeks will arrive, and you will see the massive changes that you have made with the MAX FORCE program, and you will NEVER remember the sacrifice, just the finished product!
